Can You Tell Who's Who?

If you had to guess which of these two ladies has been on a cruise in the last 3 months, hasn't missed a single baseball game of her grandkid's this season, has her own garden and still manages to make it to the gym 3 days a week which one would you guess?

If you had to guess which of these two ladies is unable to make it all the way through the grocery store by herself, has had 2 surgeries in the last 12 months, is on 7 prescription medications, and deals daily with chronic pain which one would you guess?

Well, if you are like most everyone you certainly guessed the lady on the top deals with pain, problems & a lower quality of life than the much more active and healthy lady on the bottom despite the fact that they are the SAME age.

No one ever gets it wrong. But why?…..

The funny thing is that we are innately known which one is sick and which one is healthy based on their posture. You didn't have to be taught that.

Why does bad posture equal bad health?

Because the posture is the window to the spine. Simply put, bad posture = a bad spine. A bad spine = damaged nerves and damaged nerves = sick and diseased organs.

Structure dictates function.

Normal structure = normal function and poor structure = poor function just like a bent axle = worn out tires.
